We provide loans to companies using our own resources. Only after verifying solvency and payment history will we offer the opportunity for small investors to participate in these loans.

Quality collateral

Each loan is secured by real estate with a LTV of up to 70% (similar to collateral used by banks). We accept properties located in attractive areas, most commonly in large cities, as collateral.

How it works

Registration process
It takes 5-10 minutes and you don't have to physically go anywhere. If you would still prefer a personal visit at Ronda, we would be happy to welcome you and help you to make your first participation in the loan.
Access to the portal
Once you register, you gain access to the investment portal where you can conveniently activate additional investments without having to register again.
First investment
Choose the investment of your preference. Select the amount you want to invest and sign the contract documentation. Afterwards, nothing prevents you from sending this amount to your account. From that point on, your money evaluates.
